Grandparents have rights too! However, Grandparents do not have a right to visit their grandchild unless they have a court order. We can help you with that. It would be the burden of the Grandparent to show a judge that by allowing visitation, it would be in the best interest of the child and that they had an important relationship with their grandchild that existed before the grandparent visitation case began. Also, they will need to show that it will be very harmful to their grandchild's health, safety, or welfare if their grandchild cannot see them.
